Bulky products such as guitars, drums, amplifiers and sound systems are packaged and secured for delivery to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express service to ensure fast, secure delivery.

The tracking of your package is communicated to you, and you always have the possibility of intervening directly with our carrier to modify your delivery options. 

Smaller products, such as microphones, sensors, strings and other accessories, are sent by colissimo postal with tracking and without signature, so that you don't have to worry about delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your regular letter carrier comes. The tracking number will be sent to you by SMS or e-mail. 

 

Concerning returns, your satisfaction is our priority: 

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice: the return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
