Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Danish luthier Albert Augustine settled in the United States in 1926, where he developed the nylon guitar string in cooperation with the famous musician Andrés Segovia. Using DuPont nylon, Augustine perfected the winding and polishing of bass strings and introduced the perfect alternative to gut strings, which had been used until then but were very hard to obtain.

The Albert Augustine company has kept its leading position in string making ever since. A comfortable sound with ample tone, ease of play and full tone make Classic/Red a signature set in the Augustine range.
