4. Who else has access
We use service providers who act as processors, each for a specific purpose:
- Stripe and PayPal – processing of card and PayPal account payments;
- Klarna – payment in instalments, when you choose it;
- GLS – parcel delivery (name, address, telephone number);
- Monarobase – website hosting, in France;
- Brevo – management of contacts and information mailings;
- Google (Merchant Center, Ads) and Pinterest – serving and measuring our ads, only after your consent;
- Automattic (Jetpack) – website audience measurement, only after your consent.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: 10 years from the end of the financial year, in accordance with accounting obligations.
- Customer account: until it is deleted at your request, or after 3 years without any interaction.
- Prospects and non-customer contacts: 3 years from the last contact.
- Contact form messages: 3 years.
- Cookies and trackers: 13 months at most, and your consent choice is kept for 6 months.
6. Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or choose category by category. Until you have given your consent, no audience measurement or marketing tracker is loaded: the scripts concerned (Jetpack audience measurement, Google Ads tag, push notifications, Pinterest) are disabled.
Only the cookies strictly necessary for the shop to work (basket, session, login, payment security) are set without consent, since the site could not work without them.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: manage my consent. You can also set your browser to block cookies.
Site visit counter. In addition, the site counts its visits with its own anonymous counter: it sets no cookies, records neither your IP address nor any identifier, and keeps only daily totals (page views, device type, referring site, time of visit), which are deleted after 25 months. These figures are used solely to improve the shop and are not passed on to anyone. Being strictly limited to audience measurement, this counter is exempt from consent under CNIL guidelines.
7. Security
The site is fully encrypted with HTTPS. Administration access is restricted and protected, and customer account passwords are stored in encrypted, unreadable form.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set directives on what happens to it after your death. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise these rights: contact@acoustics-micsandpickups.fr, or by post to the address given in section 1. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 – www.cnil.fr.
