Delivery and return terms

Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

DIY guitar kit to build yourself:

Imagine building your own guitar yourself and setting the stage on fire! This model is used on more recordings than any other electric guitar. A direct, versatile sound is yours once this TE-20 kit is assembled. The alder body gives a balanced, warm sound. The fit of the maple neck with its pau ferro fingerboard is perfect. All the ingredients are here for hours of inspiration. The neck is already fretted and aligned with the body. This guitar has a “top-loader” bridge. The strings do not go through the body, but pass through the bridge. The result is a slightly warmer sound. All the parts are included in the kit: pickups, screws, potentiometers, selectors, machine heads and strings. You can of course customise it by painting it and/or choosing the colour or varnish of your choice. If you want to keep the wood grain, clear varnish is ideal for showing it off. The Boston DIY guitar is a fun, easy and creative way to build your own unique guitar. The headstock, known as a “half-paddle”, is a blank canvas ready to be customised as you wish!
