Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

The Boston CCL-250 is a soft case, sturdy and lightweight, filled with polystyrene and covered in a soft fabric. Designed for classical guitars, the CCL-250 fits the shape of your instrument perfectly. The neck and bridge are protected and held in place by cut-outs on the top. Inside, there is a lockable compartment for accessories such as picks, strings and a tuner. There is also room for your wallet, keys and smartphone. On top, a small compartment lets you store your sheet music or tablet. The CCL-250 can be carried over the shoulder using its two included detachable straps, or simply by its nylon carrying handles. These have a faux leather grip with a Velcro fastening, which protects your hands from cuts.
