The choice of a contact pickup or an internal microphone depends on your stage conditions. For a classical guitar in an acoustic stage setting, internal microphones are preferred, but at high stage levels, a contact pickup becomes essential. For acoustic gigs, a removable system with an internal microphone will suit perfectly. The microphone is placed at the edge of the soundhole at the bottom of the neck and clearly increases the permissible monitor level. You can fit or remove your microphone as many times as needed: the jack can be fixed with double-sided tape, adhesive putty or Velcro. The battery can also be fixed inside the instrument.
