Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

The new CRUMAR DK61 keyboard is the ultimate MIDI controller for authentic tonewheel organ sounds (Hammond style). It features nine real drawbars (no faders), dedicated percussion controls, vibrato, Leslie control and much more. Despite years of demand, no other product on the market offers such a combination of features and design.

The DK61 is fitted with an all-new exclusive 61-note Waterfall keyboard, developed in collaboration with PULSE (www.pulsekeyboards.com). It offers ultra-fast action with a high initial contact point (like a classic Hammond), all at a featherweight 2 kg. This ultra-light design keeps the total weight of the instrument to just 8 kg.

Power comes directly via the rear USB port (from your computer or a USB charger), MIDI Stream compatible. You also get a traditional MIDI output as well as connections for a half-moon switch (HMS-20-BK), a dual-rail control pedal (CFS-12), a sustain pedal and an expression pedal.

Aesthetically, the DK61 sports a traditional look with its wooden side panels and top, giving it a vintage feel on stage and in the studio. Owners of tonewheel-emulation software and hardware modules can finally control them with a dedicated interface offering all the features required by this unique instrument, at a surprisingly affordable price.

The CRUMAR DK61 is compatible with the Hammond simulation software VB3 from Genuine Soundware. Enable the USB option in VB3 for two-way communication: your controller sends commands and receives real-time feedback from the software. With tens of thousands of VB3 users worldwide (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), we have included a 30% discount coupon for VB3 in every DK61 pack. So even if you don’t own the software yet, you’re covered. To use it with other virtual organs or synthesisers, simply take advantage of the MIDI Learn function built into almost all modern musical VSTs.
