Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

Description

Adhesive paste suitable for all ISCHELL contact pickups
White paste > Linear frequency response, sound with fairly bright highs.
Grey paste > Frequency response with a rounder sound in the lows and a muted sound in the highs.
Perfectly clean, leaves no marks on the instrument or on your fingers
Easy to mould
Optimised heat resistance
Can be reused a great many times (unless it becomes very dirty)
Keeps its properties for many years
Also allows quick attachment of the pickup kit components to any type of instrument, with good adhesion. For heavy items such as the jack or XLR socket, use Velcro strips or double-sided tape instead.
Please note: the white and the grey do not sound the same.

It is very important to use only ISCHELL Audio Adhesive Paste to fit your ISCHELL contact pickup. Any other paste will distort the sound and frequency response, severely affect feedback resistance and may dirty or damage your instrument.
