Delivery and return terms

We are committed to processing your order with care and speed:

Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

The MEDELI DD401 drum kit is the perfect kit to take along to gigs, home rehearsals or lessons. The folding, space-saving design lets drummers store the kit easily at home, and it takes only 30 seconds to fold it up and pack it away.

The “coach” mode is professionally designed to meet the needs of students of different levels, with five different ways of helping them catch the beat, such as gradually changing the tempo or changing the rhythm divisions so that students can follow along and regularly check their timing. Once students are familiar with the rhythm of the drums, they can play along to their favourite songs simply by plugging a portable music player into the Aux In socket. Students can also play with headphones for greater privacy, or use a speaker via the line output.

Although the DD401 is small, its sound quality is not compromised in the slightest. With 200 expressive voices, it lets you play any genre of music, from hip-hop to jazz.
