We are committed to processing your order with care and speed:

Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured, then handed to Colissimo within 3–4 days of your order, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice.
