Delivery and return terms

We are committed to processing your order with care and speed:

Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

Description

Complete string set for Classical Guitar
The trebles: E.1, B.2, G.3. Improved nylon, smoother strings. A clear sound. Wide choice of colours. Usual traditional gauges
The basses: D.4, A.5, E.6. A new core made of different multifilaments, with materials that make the Cantiga basses a real innovation. With their specific characteristics, CANTIGA basses give comfortable, secure playing.
The New Cristal Cantiga set comes in 3 tensions: Normal, High and Mixed

CANTIGA polished bass strings are a new demonstration of SAVAREZ's avant-garde innovations. They offer infinitely more benefits than the absence of left-hand noise. The use of reinforced pure silver, the new exclusive CANTIGA core, advanced technologies and surface-treatment machines give the strings tone, power, projection and ease of play at a level previously reserved for round-wound strings.

Ideal for recording or the stage, they will appeal to players who want to play without unwanted left-hand noise, and to anyone looking for a pure sound.
