Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

The SHADOW universal pickup is a very special pickup with a dual passive piezo sensor suitable for many instruments. The “Small spot” model means that the sensor diameter is smaller than the SH-711. It is one of the best-selling universal pickups, and it delights all our customers with its very acoustic sound and the ease of use that characterise it. All you need to do is stick the SHADOW onto any vibrating surface to get a powerful, faithful sound. No special power supply is needed:

Percussion instruments are the loudest instruments on the market. That is why, to amplify a tom for example, you need a microphone capsule that will not overload on the transient (the “attack”) of the sound.
