Delivery and return terms

We are committed to processing your order with care and speed:

Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

Description

String set for 4/4 violin, adult size
Medium tension
Synthetic core
Includes 1 additional gold E1
Quality: Warm and bright sound

If you are looking for strings with a warm, bright sound, then our new RONDO® Gold violin string set (NO.RG100) is made for you. The strings add an extra little golden sparkle to your performance and playing. We can also recommend them for instruments that would benefit from a better response.

If you are wondering what the similarities and differences are between our classic RONDO® strings (NO.RO100) and the new RONDO® Gold (NO.RG100):
Both sets offer easy playability and suit professionals as well as ambitious violinists. They differ mainly in their tonal character – our new RONDO® Gold strings sound noticeably warmer and brighter than the classic set.
