Since its launch, the VALETON GP-100 has been praised by musicians worldwide and has become a benchmark for Valeton, at every level of use. Today, Valeton carries on this legacy with the GP-150, a new-generation digital multi-effects processor. Much more than a simple update, it is a genuine evolution. From design to sound processing to ergonomics, new technologies turn the classic GP into a far more powerful tool. State-of-the-art modelling.
The new Valeton GP-150 is equipped with Valeton’s second-generation HD digital modelling technology. More than 200 premium effects based on the new architecture, with a 48 kHz sampling rate and a redesigned cabinet simulation for greater clarity and realism. To go even further, the GP-150 supports Valeton’s latest Snaptone technology, allowing NAM files to be converted and loaded. It supports third-party impulse responses (IRs) with 1024 and 2048 sample points.
The unit can store up to 100 Snaptone files, including 50 preset selections, plus 20 slots for third-party IRs.
Classic form, modern innovation:
the GP-150 keeps its iconic dual-footswitch format with expression pedal, but its modern improvements are immediately visible. It has a dedicated power switch and a built-in 3000 mAh battery offering more than six hours of battery life. A 2.4-inch HD colour LCD screen has been improved for clearer navigation. There is also a dedicated master volume knob, colour-changing footswitch rings and several status indicators for instant visual feedback.
A new heart: a smoother, faster experience:
The exterior pays tribute to tradition, the interior is resolutely future-facing. A completely redesigned operating system, with intuitive drag-and-drop routing, gives more precise control over every parameter. Load up to 12 effect modules and arrange them in the order of your choice. With a capacity of 200 presets, a 180-second recording looper and a drum machine with more than 100 HD patterns, every improvement in the GP-150 has a single aim:
to deliver a smooth, intuitive creative workflow.
