Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

New for 2021: TAD’s answer to the challenge of designing the best 6L6 tube ever made! The TAD 6L6GCM-STR REDBASE is their latest 6L6GC model, designed and built to claim to be the best 6L6 tube ever produced. An immodest ambition, but they have undoubtedly achieved their goal.

Sound-wise, the TAD 6L6GCM-STR REDBASE delivers the powerful, always precise bass characteristic of the legendary American NOS RCA 6L6GC, with clear, unobtrusive, transparent highs. In every configuration, the TAD 6L6GCM-STR REDBASE responds directly and with remarkable dynamics, from smooth, creamy warmth to extreme power and brutality, without any loss of detail or depth.
The TAD 6L6GCM-STR tube is therefore an effective upgrade for any amplifier using 6L6GC or 5881 tubes; it also replaces EL37, CV586, VT115A, 6L6GA, 6L6GB, 6L6WGB, 6L6WGC, STR-440, STR-454, 6p3p, 6p3s, 6p3s-e tubes, etc.

The TAD 6L6GCM-STR REDBASE combines the structural advantages of the robust American Philips/Sylvania 6L6GC tube (also known as MESA 6L6GC-STR415) with the sound quality of the legendary RCA 6L6GC tubes. The new TAD Redbase series combines the latest manufacturing technologies with traditional design and impeccable quality. The TAD Redbase series is made exclusively on a TAD production line optimised specially for it. At TAD in Germany, STR series tubes undergo additional burn-in and forming in preparation for TAD Premium Matching, which optimises the quality of cathode emission and reveals an exceptionally precise sound structure.
