Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

The TAD ECC83 WA Selected valve offers a warm, balanced take on the traditional ECC83/12AX7 profile. It offers smooth highs, precise mids and an accurate low-frequency response, thanks to a triple-mica design that reduces noise and microphonics. In low- to medium-gain circuits, it delivers a clear, round sound, while in high-gain amplifiers it works reliably from the V2 position.

This model is designed as a versatile, stable choice, offering plenty of dynamics and consistent operation across a wide range of amplifiers. Its balanced internal structure gives it a warm character without sacrificing definition. For input stages requiring extremely low microphonics, TAD recommends the 7025WA HIGHGRADE alternative, while this Selected version suits most standard applications.

The valve features triple-mica construction, low-noise performance, maximum-gain operation, and premium selection and matching by TAD in Germany.
