Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

Imagine building your own guitar yourself and setting the stage on fire! Even if you are not a DIY whizz, the Boston assembly kit is very easy to use. No cutting, drilling or routing is needed – it's all been done already.
The neck is already fretted and the body is already aligned. All the accessories (excluding equipment) are included: screws, pots, switches, machine heads and strings. You can then paint it and choose the colour and finish of your choice. To show off the grain of the wood, a clear varnish is ideal. The Boston DIY guitar kit is a fun, simple and creative way to make a unique guitar. Several models are available: hollow body, flying V, double neck, LP and acoustic dreadnought. A left-handed version and a 12-string version are also available.
