Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

Richwood Master Series guitars are handmade guitars built from top-quality woods. The bridges and nuts are bone, the machine heads are high-quality Derjung and the necks feature a dual-action truss rod.
Particular care is taken with the bracing, which is spruce under the soundboard and mahogany under the back of the guitar. The (light) spruce lets the top vibrate while the (stiffer) mahogany improves projection. In addition, the crossing of the X-bracing is reinforced with a cotton lining.
In this series, the back and sides are Indian rosewood. Combined with a premium Sitka spruce top, the sound is powerful and clear. Note that the guitars are available with a Vintage Aged Finish option that gives an antique look (65 series).
