Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

The MOOER GTRS guitar brand brings us a bold guitar whose many options are sure to win you over:

In April 2020, MOOER unveiled version 2.0 of its MNRS (MOOER Non-linear Response Sample) engine. At the same time, the brand began working with experienced instrument designer Kenji Wong to develop the GTRS line, the first electric guitars with a fully integrated MOOER effects system.

With GTRS, the aim of MOOER was to offer musicians the latest audio technology while paying tribute to the guitar: a product that would inherit the beauty of traditional guitars while enjoying the convenience of modern technology. That way, passionate musicians could play more often at home or on the road without any compromise on their sound!

After years of research and development, the first prototype was made available to professional guitarists around the world. Thanks to their comments and feedback, the GTRS guitar was updated and refined until the release of the first model in the S800 series. A Premium model with an alder body and a new pickup set is also available under the reference P800.
