We are committed to processing your order with care and speed:

Bulky items such as guitars, drum kits, amps and PA systems are packed and secured so they can be handed to our GLS carrier no later than the day after you place your order, by 48/72-hour express, to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Parcel tracking is sent to you, and you can always contact our carrier directly to change your delivery options.

Smaller items such as microphones, pickups, strings and various accessories are sent by tracked Colissimo post without signature, so that you do not have to be at home for the delivery. The parcel will simply be left in your letterbox when your usual postman calls. The tracking number will be sent to you by text message or email.

As for returns, your satisfaction is our priority:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us: the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused, to the company address shown on your invoice. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a faulty product.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will proceed with a refund or exchange, as appropriate. And above all, do not hesitate to contact me by phone if you need to.

The “Richwood Master” series brings together all the acoustic guitars handmade from top-quality tonewoods and professionally set up before shipping.

Our D-220 model is built to the same standards of excellence as all our instruments. The result: a guitar with an exceptional sound and great stability, particularly good for strumming. Like any dreadnought-shaped guitar, the mids are very present, giving the D-220 a rich sound and long sustain. Of course, you can play any style on this instrument, but it really excels at strumming. The thin satin finish, solid Sitka spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides give it a light, lively sound that will stay with you for many years.

Its advanced technical and aesthetic features include bone fittings, a dual-action truss rod, a curved headstock, cotton-covered X-bracing, mahogany back bracing, high-end Derjung machine heads and D’Addario EXP16 coated phosphor bronze strings, made in the USA.
